This Privacy Policy explains how InterActive Holic ("Application"), developed and operated by PT Interactive Internasional ("We", "Us", or "Our"), collects, processes, uses, and discloses your data and information.

1. How Interactive Holic Works

• When Users download and/or install InterActive Holic, the system will request Users' consent to this Privacy Policy. • When Users use the Application, the system will request Users' permission to access certain device features (such as approximate location and media files) required to support the Application's features.

2. Data Collection and Acquisition

InterActive Holic collects device data and user information solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service. The data and information we collect include: a. Registration Information To use InterActive Holic, We require Users to register personal information (name, email address, phone number, and password to access the Application). This information will be stored on Our servers so Users can access and use the features available in the Application. b. Device Information and Data InterActive Holic stores information and access data when Users use the Application, including transaction data, balance information, operational reports, and employee attendance/activity data. • Media and File Access: The Application accesses media files stored on the User's device when Users need to upload documents/photos or download and export reports. • Application Diagnostic Data: The Application automatically collects error logs (crash logs) to help Us detect and resolve technical issues within the Application. Users can view the permissions used by InterActive Holic and disable them at any time through the Settings menu on their device.

3. Use of Data

InterActive Holic processes and uses User data to provide business monitoring dashboards, record and display transactions, and generate operational reports. The collected data will be processed and analyzed on Our servers for the following purposes: • Displaying real-time business monitoring dashboard information • Displaying transaction information from Interactive applications • Displaying balance information and financial activities • Displaying operational reports and business data summaries • Displaying employee activity and attendance information • Supporting authentication and account access security All data access permissions can be revoked by Users at any time. Users may request account and data deletion through: • Through the Application: Settings → Account → Delete Account; or • By sending an account deletion request email to developer@interactive.co.id with the subject "Account Deletion". The data is stored securely in encrypted form on Our Cloud server and is not publicly shared.

4. User Data Protection

Data is securely stored in encrypted form and will not be shared with any third party without a valid legal basis, as described in Section 6. All data communication between the Application and Our servers is performed through encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). The Application only records and processes User data for business operational monitoring, transaction management, and business activity purposes for companies registered with InterActive Holic.

5. User Device Access and Permissions

For Android and iOS devices, Interactive Holic requires permission to access: a. Photos, Media, and File Access Access to photos, media, and files is required so Interactive Holic can access photos and files stored on the User's device: • Users can upload photos or supporting documents for reporting purposes; • Users can download (export) transaction reports and operational reports. How Access Permissions Are Used: • When Users export reports, the Application will access device storage and save downloaded files on the device. • When Users upload photos or supporting documents, the Application will access device storage and display available files that can be selected by the User.

6. Data Sharing and Transfer

Your personal data will not be shared by InterActive Holic with any company or entity, except: • To entities within the Interactive application ecosystem for data integration and operational reporting purposes as required for Application functionality; • To Google Firebase Crashlytics, limited to technical error logs (crash logs) to help Us detect and fix Application issues. This data does not include personal information such as your name, email, or financial data; • When required by applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or official requests from authorized authorities. InterActive Holic complies with applicable regulations regarding Personal Data Protection and maintains the confidentiality of User personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

This Application is intended for use by authorized adult personnel within organizations (owners and management) and is not intended for children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request account deletion through one of the following methods: • Through the Application: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, then confirm the deletion request; • By email: send a request to developer@interactive.co.id with the subject "Account Deletion" along with a clear reason. After the account deletion request is processed: • Profile data and account information (name, email, phone number, and password) will be deleted according to the applicable procedure. However, certain data may be retained when necessary for compliance with applicable regulations, system security, fraud prevention, auditing, or dispute resolution purposes. • Transaction data, financial reports, and operational data related to business activities may be retained for auditing, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements. • Data that has been anonymized or aggregated for statistical purposes may be retained indefinitely because it can no longer be linked to a specific individual.

9. Consent

By registering for or using the Application services, or by clicking the "Register" button during account creation, you: • Agree that InterActive Holic may collect, use, share, and/or process the personal data described above for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy; • Agree to receive information related to User needs from Interactive Holic. The data is stored securely in encrypted form on InterActive Holic servers and is not publicly shared.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The latest version will always be available through the Application and/or Our website, with the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document.
